    This 243 acre wildlife preserve has a 1-mile marked trail and is open during daylight hours only. Visiting parties are limited to six adults; not suitable for children or pets. Area is covered in cactus and thorns; paths are not regularly maintained; no facilities available.

    Delta Lake County Park

    Falcon Lake State Recreation Area

    The mammoth 98,960 acre Falcon Lake has long been considered one of the best largemouth bass lakes in the state and is one of the few places in the lower Rio Grande Valley where you can camp.

    McAllen Dog Park
